In Los Aljibes, different types of grape varieties are cultivated: common Spanish ones, such as Tempranillo, Garnacha, Garnacha Tintorera or Verdejo, and others which have perfectly adapted to the climate of the estate, such as Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay. This fact favours a higher complexity of wines, allowing them to bring out the best feature of each grape variety to finally gain the utmost expression.
The vineyards are controlled by means of an information system. Besides, they are supervised by an agricultural technical engineer who leads a team in charge of all tasks and control necessary to adjust the output of the cultivated field to the leaf area, achieving the appropriate grape ripening.
