On the nose, at first there are floral aromas reminiscent of spring, followed by a light citrus fruit with pleasant yeast reminiscent of pastries. On the palate, it shows a prudent entry with fine, well-integrated bubbles. It stands out for its excellent acidity that adapts very well with a bitter finish that gives it strength and complexity.
